ADMISSIONS                                                                                        

The Freeman Center provides services for both male and female adults, who meet the following criteria and:

1.    are 18 years of age or older whose primary diagnosis is chemical dependency;

    or 13-17 for Adolescent Outpatient

2.    are willing to participate fully both physically and mentally in the program;  

3.    have a minimum of 7 days freedom from abuse of chemically addictive/ dependent substances

4.    have sufficient sponsorship or financial resources to guarantee completion of the program.

Specific programs and services may have additional or different admission criteria.
