Our recovery uses evidence-based tools focusing on recovery from addictions to alcohol and/or drugs. We emphasize behavioral change, with family preservation and counseling.

For Mothers - The Program includes:
  • Recovery Treatment, Relapse Education and Prevention.
  • "Time Out! For Me - I'm Worth It" Workshops
  • "Thinking For a Change" Cognitive Behavioral Change Curriculum
  • Parenting Education
    • A host of referral and case management services such as GED classes, spiritual education, transportation, and assistance securing health and social services.

For the Child:
  • The Freeman Center provides a structured childcare environment, assistance with public school enrollment, immunizations, transportation, after school care and referral services such as MHMR Center, Child Advocacy, CASA, Family Heath Center and many other local service providers.
