The Freeman Center is licensed by the Department of State Health Services to provide 5 different rehabilitation programs.
Detoxification
– 12 patients
- Our
detoxification services are a 6 day process of detoxifying from substances
before the patient is referred to outpatient or other continuing services.
Residential
Treatment Services – 56 Men, 27 Women
- Our
residential services consist of a 90-day program. Treatment planning and
counseling are the basis of a holistic approach to recovery that includes
family centered services, job readiness training and placement assistance,
individual and group therapy, and a strong emphasis on AA/NA participation.
Women and
Children Residential Treatment Services – 9 women
- This
program is unique in that women can bring their children with them to services.
We also accept women in their third trimester of pregnancy. It is a 90-day
program where treatment planning and counseling are the basis of a holistic
approach to recovery that includes family centered services, job readiness training
and placement assistance, individual and group therapy, and a strong emphasis
on AA/NA participation.
Adult Outpatient
– 100 patients
- This
program is a 4 month program consisting of weekly individual counseling and
educational groups. Treatment planning and counseling are the basis of a
holistic approach to recovery that includes family centered services, job
readiness training and placement assistance, individual and group therapy, and
a strong emphasis on AA/NA participation.
Adolescent
Outpatient – 75 patients
- This program is a 3 month program consisting of individual counseling and weekly educational groups. Treatment planning and counseling are the basis of a holistic approach including family centered services, individual and group therapy and Cannabis Youth Treatment curriculum.
Available Services & Referrals
A wide range of social and rehabilitative services are
available for clients of The Freeman Center. Many opportunities for
growth are available on-site, as well as through referral to other qualified
community service providers.
- Individual and group counseling with Licensed Counselors.
- Individual
treatment planning and progress assessments.
- Job
readiness training with Licensed Counselors.
- Transportation
is provided to referral agencies.
- The Food Stamp
program is available and encouraged for each eligible client.
